My SwingTIP sensor and app seem to have a communication issue. What can I do?

In order to reset your SwingTIP sensor and mobile app, please proceed as follows:

On an Android mobile device

  • Tap the back arrow (not the Home button) until you reach the main mobile device menu.
  • Relaunch the SwingTIP app from the Application menu.

On an iOS mobile device

  • Press the Home button on your iOS device to return to the mobile devices main menu
  • Double press the Home button to see the applications that are running on your device at the bottom of the screen
  • Swipe Right-to-left until you see the open SwingTIP app
  • Swipe Up on the SwingTIP app to close it
  • Press the Home button on your iOS device to return to the main menu
  • Relaunch your SwingTIP app by tapping on the SwingTIP icon
