My account at myaccount.mobicoach.com doesn’t appear to have my latest swing session data. What can I do?

Please check the following…

  • You can either exit your current Swing Session or log into the app to be prompted to sync your data.
  • You need WiFi network access to sync session data. Note: The SwingTIP app automatically syncs your data every 25 swings. If you have taken 25 swings when not connected to WiFi, please take at least one swing when connected to WiFi network in order for SwingTIP to sync your swing data.
  • You are also required to create an account as part of logging into the app for the first time. You can also create an account after the fact by tapping on the Settings icon, and tapping on the Registration field.
  • We recommend that you use a WiFi network to sync data whenever possible to conserve your cellular data plan.
