Do I have to be connected to WiFi to have a Mobicoach session?

In order to successfully connect with your coach for your Mobicoach session, you must either have a WiFi or cellular data connection available.  We recommend using WiFi if a WiFi network is available.  If you choose to use your cellular data plan, please note that Mobicoach can consume large amounts of data during the session.  On average, each hour of coaching through Mobicoach consumes approximately 1GB of data.

Regardless of whether or not you use a WiFi or a cellular data connection, we recommend that you use a network that provides at least 2Mbps Upload and Download speeds.  In order to test your network, to confirm that you have sufficient network bandwidth, please open a browser window on your iPad, go to www.speedtest.net, and click on Begin Test.
